Planning a variety of snow trips. As these are totally weather, snow, avalanche condition dependent I am not li sting dates. Please keep an eyeball for updates.
They will like ly be listed at short notice and could be during the week, though my prefer ence will be to aim for weekends if the opportunity arises.
Lik ely these wont run before Mid August and be spring trips. I will be sailing at some point in Wnter/Spring and havent dates for this yet, so another re ason to keep dates flexible on my part.
Trip One
Mt Angelus Summit - Fit trip. Ice Ax and crampton experien ce essential. Over two days.
Trip Two
Lewis Pass - Day trips based at Plamer Lodge, Deer Hunters Lodge. $20 pp per night and contribution towards key courier. Options Mt Haast, Mt Norman, Traver s, Klondyke Tarns circuit, ect
Medium trips can be lsited. The lodge sleeps 14, so other leaders can pipe in and do alternatives in the area - D ay trip up ther Lewis tops ect.
Trip Three
A rthurs Pass day trips. Based at CTC hut $20 pp per night. Multiple options in this area Avalanche Peak/ Bealy, Mt Aicken ect ect. Again with other lea ders piping in Medium trips can be arranged and skills adjucted to suit. Li kely three to four days.
