Day 1: From Rolling Junction, follow the Wangapeka River, mainly through beech forests, for approximately 10km to the 24 bunk (2 tickets) Kings Creek Hut. A climb of 150m.
Day 2: As easy or as energetic as you wish. Read a book, check out Kings Hut (built in 1935), situated about 5 minutes up the track or walk to Stone Hut, Kiwi Saddle Hut, Mt.Patriarch
