Monday. 7.30pm, Nelson Intermediate School, Tipahi Street. Gold coin. Guest Speaker: Aat Vervoorn, Author of Mountain Solitudes Aat had an early career as a guide at Mt Cook. His books give some wonderful insights to not only the physical and nature values of our backcountry but also the more personal side of carrying out arduous solo trips into our remote wilderness areas and mountains. Aat is now resident in Nelson and a member of the Nelson-Marlborough Conservation Board. We keep the AGM brief but functional so come along and contribute. Map Series: NULL |
