Explore the track which was recently marked and cleared a little by the tramping club to ensure that it is still easy to follow. Park at carpark ne ar the caretakers house. Walk to Teal Saddle then follow the water re seve boundary up to the start of the DOC land then up the 'Zig Zag' track t o the first double then on to Saddle Hill 1168M. Return the same way (or vi a Managtapu Saddle to make a loop)
