Assemble at Richmond Badminton Hall 0800. Park at start of Abel Tasman Coastal Walk, Marahau. Follow coastal track to Coquille Bay then ascend to the junction just before Holyoake Clearing. If anyone has the inclination/time/energy to bag the shelter, this could be an option (40 minutes return). Follow ridge line track to Akersten Bay, then the coastal walk back to the carpark. |

It is IMPORTANT that "You contact the Trip Leader before registering" for a trip. Especially if you are new to the club or a non-club member (Visitor). The Leader will need to be confident that you have the experience, fitness and the correct gear to complete the trip successfully. :-)
