DESCRIPTION:Want to learn navigation or have a refresher and polish up your current ski
 lls?  This weekend will offer something for everyone, no matter what level 
 you are at with navigation.  Starting off with the basics, this weekend wil
 l become more challenging as it progresses.\n \nDay 1 (in Nelson) –  Learni
 ng the basics, learning how to view and identify the features on a map, com
 pass use, setting your map to the ground, route planning, magnetic and grid
  bearings, along with triangulation and micro navigation giving participant
 s the skills to deal with challenging terrain.\n \nDay 2 (out of town) – Se
 tting off from Nelson to a practical day in the hills putting skills into p
 ractice learnt on day 1.\n \nCost for club members $25.  Priority will be g
 iven to club members in the first instance for this training.\nTo register
